Butterflies

Life is beautiful cos you just need two things:
the will to try and the faith to believe that the trying will be possible

Just to share the story below, send by one of my collegue...

Here goes:

One day, a small opening appeared on a cocoon; a man sat and watched the butterfly for several hour as it struggled to force open its body through that little opening.
Then, it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could and it could not go any further.

So, the man decided to help the butterfly; he took a pair of scisors and opened the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a withered body. It was tiny and had shrivelled wings.

NOTHING HAPPENED!

In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a withered body and shrivelled wings. It was never able to fly...

What the man, in his kindness and his goodwill did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening, were nature's way of forcing fluid into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

SOMETIMES, STRUGGLES ARE PART AND PARCEL OF LIFE.

If we are all allowed to go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We could not be as strong as we could have been.

p/s: yea, i love butterflies... Just a few weeks ago, the teachers were doing an experiment with their class on butterflies... I got all excited, cldn't wait for it to turn in to butterflies!! who said caterpillars are ugly? When i look at the caterpillar turning into pupa... my perception of ppl stories saying caterpillar are ugly changed totally... It's beautiful..

I'll be like a butterfly.. will get stronger after the struggle or the freedom...
